Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information QuizApp collects, how it's used, and what stays entirely on your device. QuizApp is developed by Cabin Room Studio.

Data that stays on your device

QuizApp's game history, statistics, streaks, and achievement progress are stored locally on your device (in a local database) and are not uploaded to any server we operate. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. We have no account system and no server-side copy of your play history.

Play Games Services (optional sign-in)

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, QuizApp uses that sign-in for identity and to report achievement unlocks to your Play Games profile. Signing in is optional - the app is fully playable without it. Google's handling of your Play Games account data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Crash reporting

QuizApp uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive automatic crash reports if the app fails unexpectedly, so we can fix bugs. These reports include technical details (device model, OS version, stack traces) and are handled under Firebase's privacy terms. We don't intentionally collect personal information through this channel.

Advertising

QuizApp may show ads served through Google AdMob to support continued development. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted and where you've consented. You can control ad personalization through your device's ad settings. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's advertising policies. Where required by law (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK), a consent prompt will ask for your permission before personalized ads are shown.

Children's privacy

QuizApp is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you email us feedback or a bug report, we'll only use your email address to respond to you - it isn't stored anywhere beyond our inbox or shared with anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially - for example, when advertising or new data-collecting features launch - this page will be updated and the date above will reflect the change.
