These terms govern your use of QuizApp, developed by Cabin Room Studio. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

QuizApp is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the app or its content (questions, facts, trivia, and other authored material) without permission.

Accounts and sign-in

Signing in with Google Play Games is optional. If you choose to sign in, you're also subject to Google Play's own terms for that service.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of QuizApp at any time, including content, game modes, or the app itself. We'll try to avoid disruptive changes, but we don't guarantee the app or any specific feature will always be available.

Advertising and third-party services

QuizApp may display ads through Google AdMob and uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. Your use of the app means you accept that these third-party services operate under their own terms, in addition to this policy and our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

QuizApp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabin Room Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using QuizApp at any time by uninstalling it. We may also restrict or discontinue access to the app or any of its features at our discretion.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, this page will be updated and the date above will reflect the change. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
